A cement base can provide a solid load-bearing foundation and be firmly fixed on the ground. Carbon steel supports, relying on their own strength and rigidity, carry the equipment or structures above.

1. What is concrete base solar mounting system?

Concrete base solar mounting is a ground mount solar system with concrete piers as load bearing foundation, matched with metal support frames. It includes cast in place concrete pier and precast concrete block solutions. The self weight of concrete resists wind uplift force, delivering superior stability, ideal for rocky ground, hard soil and sites where ground screws cannot be installed.

 Tilt angle of upper metal frame is adjustable from 0-60°, optimized for local latitude. The pier dimension, embedment depth and exposed height can be fully customized according to load and site requirements.

 5.Service life & maintenance

Qualified concrete foundation has ultralong durability. The upper aluminum or HDG rack can last for 25 years under normal outdoor environment. Nearly zero daily maintenance, only periodic inspection for loose anchor bolts is required.

 6.Drawings & technical documents

CAD drawings and load calculation reports of metal racks are available, along with material & anti corrosion test certificates. We can cooperate with clients or local civil engineers to finish concrete pier construction drawings.
