While offering a lower price advantage, it uses H-shaped steel for structural stability and is suitable for areas with low wind speeds and snow loads.

It has undergone comprehensive structural reinforcement, especially the columns, which have been thickened and reinforced to better withstand high wind speeds and heavy snow loads in certain regions.

Q1: What material is the doublewing solar carport mount?
 A: Main steel structure adopts Q355B hotdip galvanized carbon steel, zinc coating ≥65μm; purlins are AL6005T5 aluminum alloy; all bolts are SUS304 stainless steel, SUS316 optional for coastal saltspray area.
 
Q2: Does the doublewing carport come with drainage & waterproof system? 
A: Yes. Including gutter and downpipe drainage system to collect rainwater. Waterproof sealing kit is optional for fullwaterproof canopy. Tilt angle 5-15° ensures smooth water discharge and avoid water ponding. 
 
Q3: Can we reserve EV charging interface? What about installation & warranty?
A: EVcharging reserved conduit can be predesigned. All components are prefabricated in factory, only boltassembly onsite, no site welding required. System service life 25-30 years, product warranty 12 years. We supply assembly drawings and technical guidance.
 
Q4: What regular maintenance is required for a double-wing solar carport? 
A: After typhoon or heavy snow season, check bolt tightness, gutter & downpipe for blockage, coating anticorrosion condition. Clean gutter debris periodically. No heavy machinery required for routine inspection.
